But hey, we understand – sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve made our returns and refunds process simple and smooth.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
✅ The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
✅ The item is not a part of our “non-returnable” items (like innerwear, clearance sale items, etc.)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

🟢 If you paid via Bank Transfer or UPI, your refund will be sent to your account.
🟢 If it was Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll ask for your bank details to send the refund.

🔄 Exchange Option

Want a different size or color?
No problem! Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help with an exchange – based on availability.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Innerwear or hygiene-based products
